EARLY CAREER:
Narelle argues her competitive advantage today is the result of her rigorous grounding, strategic training and the pressured demands during her early career. She quickly rose to senior management and key strategic planning roles for the leading Sydney advertising agencies on Australia's largest, most complex business structures in Corporate and Government - Telstra, Tax Office (ATO), Sydney Energy, The Army & The Australian Tourism.
MID CAREER:
Narelle’s flexibility adapted to working on the broadest range of clients and categories including many sought after international brands/products - Revlon, Moccona Coffee, Lindt Chocolates, SC Johnson, Continental Seagram, Coca-Cola, Schwarzkopf Hair care, Old El Paso Cuisine, Parker Pen, Royal Doulton. Narelle also developed core brand propositions, strategies and tactics working on high profile Australian brands - Australian Labor Government (Kevin 07 campaign), Optus, Sydney Aquarium, AMP Insurance, Tip Top Bakeries, Star City Casino, AMP Capital Shopping Centres, Northern Territory, Peck's Australia, Paralympics, Macquarie Bank, ING, Peter Lehmann Wines.

Narelle is recognised today as a hybrid talent, her strong credentials and end to end skills is sought by Corporate, Government, SME businesses and advertising agencies.
In addition to being a media specialist, Narelle uniquely offers a depth of category experience in the building and construction industries. Due to her Head Business Development, marketing and communications lead roles employed by DSC Consulting Engineers, this later led to a Senior Strategic Advisor role at the NSW Government Department of Premium and Cabinet. Further, during 2018/19, Narelle's engagement with the American company Procore Technologies to assist in the categories development of industry software take-over, Narelle's sponsorship negotiations included developing strong relationships with The Property Council, Master Builder's Association and WIDAC. In addition, collaborating with local advertising agency, Third Space, her strategic involvement included the retail brand reposition for PGH Bricks and Pavers to residential and commercial building markets.
LATEST ROLE:
Narelle's most recent role as Marketing Manager for CRA - Commercial Radio & Audio (Australia) leans back to her extensive background in media, trade media, advertising and the development of national launch campaigns. Her proven ability to engage with vastly different business cultures, structures and senior stakeholders has 'fine tuned' her communications and strategic skills working alongside CEO's and C-Suite Management, Creative designers - or simply rolling up her sleeves to produce content and writing copy as necessary.
Throughout her career, Narelle had the privilege of collaborating with Australia's greatest marketers, strategists, creatives and thought leaders of our time. Her employment history including lead roles for the most prestigious advertising agencies and their client's brands - STW Group, George Patterson Bates, DDB Needham (twice), Ball WCRS Partnership, Harris Robinson & Associates, Brand Marque, Loud Communications, Brand Culture, John Bevins, commencing her first job in media at Radio 2UE Sydney, returning full circle to CRA (Radio & Audio).
